The merger of cooperatives Foodstuffs Auckland and Foodstuffs Wellington prompted Foodstuff North Island to reconsider their vision and values and how they could effectively communicate these to their 22,000 staff. We created a short animation showcasing their vision for the future and the strategy of how they intend to get there. This was uploaded on their intranet, broadcast at various events and was supported by a series of posters and a bespoke chocolate bar that was given as a gift to all employees.
