Brand and environmental signage for a development by Neil Properties Ltd. Mixed-use urban development in the vibrant and rapidly-changing city fringe area of Grafton, Auckland. Name generation and a visual identity programme created to market and promote the development. The identity needed to encompass a new concept of the commercial, retail, lifestyle and residential apartments coming together around a pedestrian-friendly street.
